- Greet and welcome clients, and visitors in a friendly professional manner.
Should have excellent memorization skills for dog and owner names - Answer phone calls.
- Schedule boarding reservations.
- Doggy daycare check-ins.
- Collect and process payments.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
Experience:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiar with Gmail - Attention to detail and accuracy in feeding instructions / medication instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
